Chakras: The ultimate human superpowers

Chakra (in Sanskrit) means “wheel” or “disk” in English. See how cars move thanks to their wheels? Well you function that way too, you function properly thanks to your chakras. We have 7 chakras throughout our body, we”ll start at the base:

– Root chakra (color: red)
– Sacral chakra (color: orange)
– Solar plexus chakra (color: yellow)
– Heart chakra (color: green and pink)
– Throat chakra (color: light blue)
– Third eye chakra (color: dark blue)
– Crown chakra (color: purple)

Chakras are energy centers which mean they govern how you experience your reality. If they are blocked, you will feel all types of symptoms depending on which chakra is blocked (they are ALWAYS going to be overactive or underactive until you take care of their state regularly, again, like a car). When your chakras are healthy and cared for, you will experience a state of bliss, contentment and all types of positive feelings, dis-ease becomes ease.

Each chakra refers to one specific ability/power:

–Root chakra: ability to trust yourself, feel present and secure with money, health and everything physical

Blocked by: lack mentality, feeling like you never have enough money
When blocked: money issues, back pain, weak immune system, angry and aggressive
When healthy: able to enjoy the present moment knowing abundance is there, gratitude and physical vitality, strong immune system

– Sacral chakra: ability to feel pleasure and enjoy life guiltfree, adapt to life’s changes and feel relaxed

Blocked by: repressed emotions, control issues, shame, guilt and wounds of unworthiness, feeling undeserving
When blocked: bloating, unbalanced fluid movement, digestive issues, angry and jealous, hurt and vengeful
When healthy: able to feel abundant, deserving of all the goodness in life, high self esteem, good reproductive health, flowing creativity, money comes easily

– Solar plexus chakra: ability to go after your dreams, feel capable of making decisions and standing firmly in your power, ability to digest and process your emotions with ease

Blocked by: inner child wounds, neglect of self, loss of personal power, attachments to other people or other people take over your boundaries, lack of boundaries, relying too much on personal will and less on “being”
When blocked: poor boundaries, resenting people who take from you, feeling hopeless like your dreams are out of your reach, low self-confidence, intense digestive issues, unable to ask for help, feeling of loneliness
When healthy: high self-confidence, healthy sense of self, no need for validation, able to say “no” and set strong boundaries, happy and powerful, able to make decisions

– Heart chakra: ability to love yourself and others, feel compassion and joy, let go of resentments and fear, trust in people

Blocked by: heart break, grief, loss, attachment to past pain, fear of getting hurt
When blocked: fear of intimacy, fear of falling in love, apathy, emotional detachment, cold and inability to feel compassion, excess of caffeine drinking, anxiety and insecurity, heart pain, respiratory issues
When healthy: filled with love from self and others, able to care for self and others, happy, understanding, compassionate and generous

– Throat chakra: ability to speak your truth and live as your true self, feel comfortable in your own skin, express your emotions to others and listen to your body,

Blocked by: persecution for personal beliefs/ opinions, feeling of being otherworldly, lack of self-expression
When blocked: hormonal imbalances, neck pain and stiffness, difficulty communicating, highly judgmental and critical of self and others, fear of showing true self, feeling of not belonging, wanting to stay in hiding, social phobia, anxiety and pain when swallowing
When healthy: tolerant of self and others, comfortable in your skin, honest, truthful, strong boundaries, humble yet present, creativity

– Third eye chakra: ability to see beyond the 3d plane, understand the deeper meaning of things, ancestral wisdom and divine guidance

Blocked by: overthinking, negative thought patterns
When blocked: migraines, insomnia, paranoia, confused, inability to decide, hormonal imbalances, brain fog
When healthy: grounded, calm and intuitive, in tune with inner wisdom and ancestral wisdom

– Crown chakra: ability to know your purpose on earth, to be in tune with your spirituality, to be open to life’s blessings and move through life with grace and humility

Blocked by: fanatic religious/spiritual views, persecution for spiritual beliefs, vitamin D deficiency
When blocked: overly spiritual or overly greedy and materialistic, confusion about your role on earth, destructive tendencies, depression, anxiety, nightmares, hormonal imbalances
When healthy: able to connect to the Divine, feel loved for who you are, humble, in tune with life’s lessons, able to see the bigger picture, generous, devoted to your soul’s purpose

Now that you know all about your (not so) secret human powers, here is what you can do to get started on your self-healing journey: since all we are made of is energy, chakras too have an energetic frequency that you can have an impact on. Music is the absolute master of chakras. If you want your car to reach its full potential, you will optimize its power as much as possible. Well, same goes for chakras… They each have a certain frequency that is capable of repairing them.
